Hi, I'm Weston.

Perhaps you have once more found yourself in a familiar space of pain, overwhelm, panic, or numbness. The burdens you carry are overwhelming, and you feel like a shell of who you once were. You've tried to apply what you know in your mind to be true, but there's something that keeps the truth from being felt at your core.

My goal is to go beyond teaching coping skills, and instead to make space for healing from the inside out that leads to lasting change. We will gently explore your inner world in a way that honors every part of you, even the ones that create big challenges. I have worked with folks struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, PTSD, anger, and chronic pain, and more.

Know that you are welcome as you are and that you can simply "be" during our time together. Wherever you are finding yourself at the moment, it would be an honor for me to join you as a supportive guide. I believe in this work and am confident you can experience newness in your life.

Outside of being a therapist, I love movies, backpacking/hiking, trivia, sports, hanging out with family/friends/my dogs, and buying books I tell myself I'll read that end up sitting on the bookshelf collecting dust.
